"The room didn't smell fresh, but it was a smoking room so it was not a big deal.. You have a beautiful hotel, your staff is top notch. The room was very clean at check in, your housekeepers are very nice. The front desk was awesome very helpful and friendly. And your breakfast staff was very good, you are very lucky to have such a wonderful staff.. I grew up in auburn and it is nice to see that there are some realy nice people. Your staff made coming home very enjoyable."

“This hotel is a credit to your chain.  It's location is in a good spot, but it is difficult to get there if you don't know the area.  I have stayed there twice now, and will continue to stay there if their excellent services continue.”

“We had a great experience at the hotel.  We had to add some guests at the last minute and it was easy to accomodate them.  It was walking distance from our entertainment that evening.  Everything was great.  I understand why the breakfast would close early but it sure would be nice if it stayed open later for us late sleepers.  The breakfast is very impressive.”
